(22. Oct, 09:30) Disrupted - This morning, there was an unusually high load on the document reader as a service, which was unable to scale quickly enough. As a result, documents could not be classified and batches remained in the inbound queue.

(22. Oct, 11:36) Resolved - Corresponding services restarted and scaling adjusted. Batches that remained in the inbound queue are currently being triggered automatically.
