(01. Apr, 17:40) Resolved - At 05:30 PM, the routing service was updated. During this update, a scaling issue occurred, resulting in timeouts. The scaling issue was resolved manually. An RCA will be conducted, and improvement measures will be implemented.
(01. Apr, 17:32) Disrupted - Requests to the Identity Management and Login Service are experiencing timeouts and significantly increased response times.
