(03. Jun, 10:55) Resolved - After making some changes to the database, the system load has returned to normal and we are no longer observing any issues when processing eInvoices. We will now restart all failed background jobs affected by this incident.

(03. Jun, 10:55) Disrupted - We are still observing a high system load, resulting in some retries and failing background jobs. We are checking different approaches to reduce the load, and will restart all failing background tasks afterwards.

(03. Jun, 10:25) Disrupted - We are continuing to investigate the elevated error rates.

(03. Jun, 09:45) Disrupted - We are currently observing performance issues when processing eInvoices, causing delays and canceled processes. We are investigating the issue.
