(23. Jun, 10:06) Resolved - The issue has been resolved and all systems are now operating as expected. The degradation was automatically detected and self-healed by our systems. We are currently conducting an internal root cause analysis (RCA) to better understand the cause of the increased response times.
(23. Jun, 10:01) Disrupted - We are currently experiencing increased latency when calling the Identity Provider (IdP), with some requests timing out. Our team has started investigating the issue and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. The next update is expected in 30 minutes.
