Viewing (AWS) Import (AWS) Search (AWS)
(26. Oct, 09:05) Resolved - The backlog has been fully processed, and we are observing normal behavior across d.velop documents again. Search requests are being handled successfully, and recently created or modified documents are once again searchable. We will conduct a detailed root cause analysis and review the incident internally as part of our post-mortem process to identify opportunities for improvement and help prevent similar issues in the future. While the service has recovered, we will continue to closely monitor the situation over the next hour to ensure stability and confirm that all systems continue to operate as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
(26. Oct, 08:54) Disrupted - The affected search nodes have been stabilized and are processing requests again. We continue to observe successful search operations and overall service recovery.
Please note that recently created or modified documents may not yet be discoverable via search. The indexing backlog is still being processed, and it will take some time until all pending updates have been fully indexed and become searchable.
We are continuing to monitor the system closely and will provide further updates as progress is made.
(26. Oct, 08:38) Disrupted - We identified that several search nodes became overloaded while processing unusually large files. The configured resource limits were insufficient for this workload and have been manually adjusted.
We are already seeing the first search requests being processed successfully again and are continuing to monitor the situation closely. We will provide further updates as we work towards full recovery.
(26. Oct, 08:08) Disrupted - We are currently experiencing issues with the search functionality in d.velop documents. Some customers may intermittently receive an error message when performing searches.
Our team is already investigating the issue and working to identify the root cause.
